Next Level You
Stop overthinking.
Start Backing Yourself.
12 weeks to stop getting in your own way, trust yourself more and actually move forward on the things you keep saying you want to change.
For capable women who are sick of feeling like they're stuck in the same bloody loop.
You know you're capable of more. Let's actually do something about it.
You know you're capable of more.
But you're getting a bit bloody
Not because you don't like yourself.
You just keep having the same conversations with yourself.
You know you want to...
make the change
have the conversation
go for the promotion
grow the business
make more money
have more freedom
put yourself first
finally do the thing
But then...
You overthink it.
You doubt yourself.
You worry about what other people will think.
You find 47 reasons why now isn't quite the right time.
You start. Then stop.
You think about it some more.
And before you know it, another six months have passed.
Or maybe you don't even know exactly what “more” looks like yet.
You just know something isn't quite right.
Life looks fine on paper. But you're bored. Frustrated. Restless. Overloaded.
And there's that niggling feeling:
“Surely this can't be it? I know there's more for me. I just don't know how to get myself there.”

Here's the bit nobody tells you.
You’re not stuck because you’re failing.
And you are DEFINITELY not stuck because you're "not good enough".
You’re stuck because the version of you that got you here… isn’t necessarily the version who takes you next.
And outgrowing yourself?
That’s uncomfortable as hell.
And it doesn't just stay in your head.
You wake up overthinking.
Your brain is running at 100mph and you haven't even pulled the duvet back yet!
You replay conversations like a CIA agent reviewing CCTV footage.
You second guess decisions, that actually should take five minutes.
Talk yourself out of things you actually want.... and then wonder again why you feel stuck.
You're mentally carrying everything....and then some.
But because you're capable and just get on with it....
everyone assumes you're fine (including you sometimes)
But inside?
You're bloody exhausted.
Same shit. Different Day.
And that's the frustrating part, isn't it?
You know something needs to change.
You just keep ending up back in the same bloody loop.
How long have you been saying you'll sort this?
Six months?
A year?
Five years?
How many times have you told yourself:
Once things settle down...
When I've got more confidence...
When I've got more time...
Next month...
And then...
nothing really changes.
Because nothing changes if nothing changes.
And staying stuck has a cost too.
TIME
Thinking about doing things instead of actually doing them.
ENERGY
Constant mental noise is fucking exhausting.
CONFIDENCE
Every time you don't follow through on something you said you'd do, you trust yourself a little less.
OPPORTUNITY
That thing you keep putting off doesn't magically move closer.
MONEY
Sometimes avoiding the thing has a financial cost too.
FREEDOM
It's hard to feel free when you're constantly carrying everyone else's expectations, needs and problems.
What would another year of this feel like?
What actually changes?
This isn't just "feeling better".
It shows up in your life.
Over these 12 weeks, you'll start to understand what's really keeping you stuck, recognise the patterns that keep pulling you back into the same loop, and learn how to respond differently.
And that can look like:
MAKE THE DECISION
Stop going round in circles and choose what you actually want.
HAVE THE CONVERSATION
Say what needs saying instead of rehearsing it in your head for three weeks.
SET THE BOUNDARY
Stop automatically putting everyone else's needs ahead of your own.
SPEAK UP
Take up space without needing everyone to agree with you first.
FOCUS
Stop trying to do everything and actually move something forward.
BACK YOUR IDEAS
Take action on the thing you've been thinking about instead of finding another reason to wait.
CREATE MORE SPACE
Make choices based on what you actually want — not just what's expected of you.
STOP REVERTING
Notice when the old patterns kick in and choose differently.
The goal isn't to become a completely different person.
It's to stop letting the same old patterns make your decisions for you.
From:
“I know I'm capable of more, but I keep getting in my own way.”
To:
“I know what matters to me, I trust myself to make decisions, and I'm actually doing something about it.”
That's Next Level You.
The Next Level You approach
I don't believe you need another list of things you should be doing.
You need to understand what's actually going on underneath the overthinking, self-doubt and stuckness — and then learn how to respond differently.
That's why we work through three simple stages:
1. NOTICE
What's actually going on?
We look at your thoughts, beliefs, behaviours and patterns — without judging yourself for them.
Because you can't change a pattern you don't notice.
2. UNDERSTAND
Why does this keep happening?
We explore where the pattern comes from, what it might be protecting you from, and — importantly — what it's costing you now.
No endless digging around in your past for the sake of it.
We're interested in what's useful now.
3. REDIRECT
What do you want to do differently?
This is where awareness becomes action.
You create space between the automatic response and what you choose to do next — so you can back yourself, make the decision, have the conversation, set the boundary or take the next right step.
Awareness is the beginning. Action is what creates the change.
From overwhelmed to organised
Rachel came to me with a business that was actually doing well.
The problem wasn't that she wasn't capable.
It was that her brain was going in about 52 directions at once.
She had ideas, half-started courses, voice notes, post-its and a constant feeling that she should be doing more.
She was procrastinating, doubting herself, overthinking and trying to tackle five things at once.
So we stopped trying to fix the overwhelm, and looked at what was actually underneath it.
We:
stripped things back to the two priorities that actually mattered
worked on the self-belief underneath the overwhelm
uncovered the fear of doing it wrong, being judged and not being good enough
used smaller, manageable goals to create quick wins and make taking action feel safer
worked on boundaries and the tendency to take responsibility for everyone else
celebrated progress rather than constantly moving the goalposts
And the result?
Rachel became more focused and organised, with more confidence in her decisions.
She was able to set better boundaries and show up differently — not just in her business, but with her family, clients and herself.
“I handle overwhelm so much better now. Instead of procrastinating and getting stuck in my head, I’m taking action and actually getting things done.”
Rachel — Coaching client
So who IS Sarah?
I'm Sarah. Coach, wife, business owner, former corporate/manufacturing bod, overthinker, recovering self-doubter and someone who has spent a fair amount of time wondering what the fuck I'm doing with my life.
I've spent more than 20 years working in business, from the shop floor to director level. I've managed people, made decisions, dealt with pressure, solved problems and generally got very good at being the capable one who just gets on with it.
But being capable doesn't mean you always know what you want.
And it definitely doesn't mean you automatically back yourself when you do.
I've had my own periods of feeling stuck, overthinking decisions, putting things off and wondering whether I was actually capable of creating the life I wanted.
What changed wasn't that I suddenly became a completely different person.
I started paying attention to what was actually going on underneath it.
I learned to recognise my patterns, question the beliefs I'd been carrying around, trust myself more and — crucially — actually do something with all that awareness.
That's how I coach too.
I'm not here to sit and nod while you talk for 12 weeks.
I'll listen. I'll ask questions. I'll challenge you. I'll call you on your bullshit when you're getting in your own way. I'll give you practical tools and help you turn all that thinking into something you can actually do.
And sometimes we'll talk about mindset.
Sometimes it'll be about your nervous system.
Sometimes it'll be a belief that's been running the show for years.
And sometimes I'll simply ask:
“Right. So what are you actually going to do?”
Because awareness is great.
But it's what you do with it that changes things.
So the question isn't “Why me?”
It's “Why the fuck not work with
me?”
